Rental Agreement

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. The customer is responsible for the container and its contents from delivery until pickup.

Rental Period and Extensions

Each quote states the included rental period. Containers kept beyond that period are billed at the daily extension rate disclosed at booking.

Weight Allowances

Quotes include disposal up to a stated tonnage allowance. Weight above the allowance is billed per ton at the rate disclosed at booking, supported by certified facility scale tickets.

Prohibited Materials

Hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, oil, fuel, pesticides, asbestos, medical waste, tires, batteries, refrigerant-containing appliances, electronics and pressurized cylinders may not be placed in any container. The customer is responsible for costs arising from prohibited material found in a load.

Loading Limits

Material may not extend above the top rail. Containers loaded above the rail cannot legally be transported and must be leveled before pickup.

Access and Site Conditions

The customer must provide clear, safe access on delivery and pickup days. Trip charges apply when access is blocked. While drivers use protection boards and reasonable care, the customer accepts responsibility for surface wear on driveways, pavement and landscaping arising from ordinary delivery and pickup.

Permits

The customer is responsible for obtaining any municipal permit required for placement on a public street.

Payment

Payment terms are stated at booking. Approved commercial accounts may be invoiced on terms.
